Taking Your Site Down

If you are performing any sort of upgrade, or just need to take your site down for a while, go to admin -> maintenance, and tick the Activate maintenance flag box. The text you enter in the box below is all that visitors to your site will see until you untick the activation box again - you can use html to display images etc.

The site will still remain visible to logged in administrators, a message will appear on the front page informing them that the maintenance flag has been set. If for any reason you get logged out, go to e107_admin/admin.php and log in again.
