  2. Ask your question.

What NOT to do

  • Demand answers.
  • Ask if there's anybody around to help - there are always people around and people don't know if they can help until you ask your question.
  • Paste more then 3 lines of code, use a pastebin like paste2.org or any other alternative.
  • Don't be arrogant and don't get into Flame war on IRC.
  • Please try not to disturb anyone by sending PM's.

What to do if nobody can help

  • Try waiting - sometimes people may be busy, don't be impatient.
  • Ask in the forums - sometimes it might be faster - more people will see your question.
  • Search for an answer. Search with Google or look on the e107 forums and the e107 Wiki (here).
