e107 Shortcodes

A shortcode is used to load pre-formatted content or php code into your themes, templates, as well as page and menu content. They look like this:

  • {LOGO}
  • {MENU=1}
  • {ADMIN_LOGGED}.

The following pages will introduce you to the shortcodes that are available to you.

As well as the shortcodes already included in the core, it is possible to make your own shortcodes as part of your theme or as part of your plugin.

Please see the relevant pages of this manual to see how to do this.
